Bat Action Wrench

Our rear entry wrenches are made to slide in from the rear of the action until it touches the barrel, this puts the twisting force in the strongest area of the action.

BRAVO BARREL VISE – FULL KIT

The Bravo Barrel Vise is based off of the same bushing design as our highly successful “Modular Barrel Vise”, the “Bravo” utilizes a simple 2 bolt design to clamp the top and bottom together. This clamping system greatly reduces the amount of machine time, materials, and complexity of the assembly. In turn, this allows us to greatly reduce the price WITHOUT sacrificing any material or design quality

Master Funnel Kit

The Area 419 Funnel’s interchangeable heads thread onto the funnel and are neck-diameter specific for each caliber. They do not rely on fitting over the body of the case to hold in place. They are sized slightly larger than the neck diameter so that they hold solid on the case. Each head has a bore sized a few thousandths smaller than the bullet diameter, so maximum flow is achieved for each caliber. This is huge for the super ultra magnum guys (375 Cheytac, 408 Cheytac, 50 BMG, etc). The interface between the heads and the funnel is designed in such a way that no kernels can ever get stuck between the two, as long as the head is tightened completely.

3 Inch Stackable Drop Tube

Powder drop tubes are used when trying to fill cases beyond what is normally achievable with extruded powders. The longer drop combined with relatively small internal bore allows the kernels of powder to fill the case more fully.

The ZERO Reloading Press

As the quality and precision of reloading equipment has advanced in the last few years (AMP Annealers, AutoTricklers, Giraud Trimmers, IDOD Neck Turners, Primal Rights Priming Tools) we have watched companies overlook the core of the bench – the press. In late 2019 we began R&D on perfecting the precision reloading press – and we are happy to introduce the ZERO. It is the embodiment of our pursuit of ZERO tolerance reloading, with ZERO friction. The turret press also works toward ZERO variance in die setup. It will have ZERO equal on the market.

Bullet Seating Plate for The ZERO

This seating plate is precision ground stainless steel, guaranteed to be flat, and has more contact surface than any traditional shellholder could have. It also has no extraction rim, so there is no way for it to be making contact with the seating sleeve that should be actuated by the case itself – which is an easy way to induce runout in the seating process.

ZERO Storage Block

The first in a line of ARCA-mounted accessories for the rear of your ZERO, the ZERO Storage Block is the perfect storage solution for the small tools, shellholders, and disparate parts that we’re sure are around your press. Featuring a hole specifically for your ZERO torque wrench, and a magnet for attaching other tools, we think it’ll help to clean up your bench and organize your gear.

This tray is also ambidextrous, and can be hung from either side of the ZERO with full functionality.

Big Dog Steel Press Stand for ZERO

The Area 419 Zero Press from Big Dog Steel stand is a durable and multi-functional stand used to mount your Zero press to a work bench. The stand raises the Zero press 8″ off of your work surface. It includes slots on both sides to mount almost any Akro-style bin up to 5-1/2″ wide, making the chore of reloading a little easier. The Akro-Mils part#30230 bin is a perfect fit and can be purchased directly from online retailers or even amazon. Another feature is the ability to store up to (2) Turrets on the back of the press. The storage receptacles are lined with a heavy duty tight fitting plastic liner to protect the finish of the turret and the stand. The heavy duty construction is built to withstand a lifetime of use. All stands are powder coated with an automotive grade finish. They also feature a brushed Aluminum badges for added custom feel.

ZERO Die Rings

Through the research and development process for the ZERO, it became a testing bed for MANY reloading products. We needed to isolate variables, and ensure we were testing the press and not just the dies/shellholders/etc. One of the major culprits we found for inconsistency was actually lock rings. MOST lock rings on the market are held into place by a set screw or they’re split/clamp style. We found these to be inconsistent by design, as they needed to secure themselves to the dies for constant removal/replacement in single-stage presses.

EXPANDER MANDRELS

Our solid carbide expander mandrels are made to be used in any of our Modular sizing dies with the appropriate collet. Note that the appropriate collet is generally larger than the mandrel, as the precision grinding process requires we start with a larger piece of material and bring it down to size; therefore, the top part of the mandrel, what the collet interacts with, is larger.

THE SAC DIE WRENCH IS MADE OF 7075 ALUMINUM THEN TYPE 2 HARD COAT ANODIZED FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY. OUR DIE WRENCH IS MADE SPECIFICALLY TO BE USED WITH OUR STANDARD STYLE DIE LOCK RINGS AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO LOOSEN AND TIGHTEN THE TOP CAP ON ALL SHORT ACTION CUSTOMS SIZING DIES. WE ALSO MACHINED A DETAIL IN THE WRENCH TO REMOVE THE BLACK TAPER ADAPTER FROM THE COLLET WHEN CHANGING FROM A DECAPPING PIN OR MANDREL IN YOUR DIE. When using the “Modular Funnel Stand” to hold your Short Action Custom “Modular Funnel”your hands can be free to increase efficiency and the quality of your precision reloads by following this new process.
Grab one primed piece of rifle brass and insert it into the bottom of the funnel.
With the other hand, dispense the charge weight into the funnel.
Place the powder cup back on the scale and grab a bullet with the same hand.
Remove the charged cartridge from the funnel, place a bullet on it, and set it up in your bullet seating die.
Set the bullet, then place the fully loaded cartridge into your ammunition box.

SuperTrickler ST101 gen2 + FX-120i

Introducing the SuperTrickler ST101 Gen2.

The Gen2 model is a natural evolution from where we started, and has improvements in many areas:

1. All plastic parts for the housing will be made from AntiStatic Plastic (in Gen1, only some where)
2. The internal motor/tube housing has significant improvements including being 3D SLS printed by the Danish Technology Institute.
It is now 90% nylon dust and 10% steel dust to make it much stronger and able to be printed to tighter tolerances.
Some design changes include the bearing holes being reduced to decrease possible wobble in the bulk tube.
3. The Vibrating tube is now CNC machined Aluminum
4. The Motor Window and Powder Exit/Drain parts are also now molded instead of 3D printed.
